B*DYNA will not build a factory. The ROAR BE+ design and engineering IP is available for production licensing under the Standard royalty model. A manufacturer with existing EV tooling, supply chain, and production capacity licenses the architecture and produces vehicles under the ROAR BE+ brand. B*DYNA earns a royalty per unit produced.

Manufacturer licenses the full ROAR BE+ design and engineering package. B*DYNA retains IP ownership. Manufacturer pays a per-unit royalty for the production life of the vehicle. Lower upfront licensing fee. This is the model B*DYNA applies to every client engagement.
Full IP transfer at completion
